price and delivery are good,but was…

price and delivery are good,but was unable to acess BIOS as it would not display splash screen or BIOS on a monitor.despite engineers visits and a return to base (where they lost my usb dongle resulting in me having to buy a new keyboard and mouse) the problem persists..will display on a tv so is obviosly how the onboard graphics are set up.
no one seems to have a clue how to resolve this issue.
Apart from that everthing is fine and dandy.....
