Fast delivery and good price

I bought the product and the delivery was scheduled for Saturday.
I wait all day at home and the product wasn't delivered, I also didn't receive any update to inform me that the product will not be delivered.
The product was delivered on Tuesday, 3 days after the initial delivery date, but the company responsible for the delivery just ring the intercom, asked for the delivery code, and drop the product in the elevator. Why do you use a delivery code if you drop the product in the elevator where someone else can just take it? It's a 2K Euros laptop.

BTW, this is not the first case, last month I bought a TV from MediaMarkt and I also had problems with the delivery.
