Flowers.ie were terrific, I had a minor issue which was resolved immediately which I think is what makes a company worthy of 5 stars. When an issue arose they reacted fast and resolved it.

Update,
Finally got around to opening the replacement pump for our newborn. It doesn't charge at all and is completely dead. This is not a well made product in my opinion. We're now out of warranty with a paperweight and all of its accessories.
When it works it's excellent, however my wife first had a broken release switch which was replaced then the hub failed and had to be replaced. Now the second hub will not charge or swith on and we will need another replacement.
