Thank goodness for Dr.B!

I had an awful and painful rash. I initially consulted a different, more expensive platform who misdiagnosed me. I won’t go into detail, but that platform was horrible!
With Dr.B, I actually spoke with the physician who was empathetic and patient , ensuring all of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. The Dr. even followed up two days later to make sure the rash was starting to improve, which it had.
If only I would have contacted Dr.B first, I could have saved myself two weeks of pain and about $150.
I highly recommend Dr.B and will be going to them for all of my tele-managed needs! You don’t have to choose between health and rent anymore! $15 is cheaper than most co-pays.

First of all

First of all, the company website has three different prices listed for the same plan. Then, once we switched, they shut my service off the next day-only mine out of three on the same plan. They send a text that said it was disrupted because of suspected fraudulent activities and to call a number. Couldn't call because they shut my service off. I tried to get them on online chat and sat there for 4 minutes with no response at all. Then, I used my husband's phone to call and they told me I had to call back two days later to talk to the dept that shut it off, even though they had just shut it off. I told them I needed it on before then and they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me. When I did go online, they said that that my plan had expired. Yes, the one that I had just bought the day before. I had to pay three months in advance and hope that I can get a refund because I have to have cell service now, not three days from now. Switching companies now!

Easy

Fast, easy, and very friendly driver. I hope that I never need them again. But, if I'm ever in the market to sell a wrecked car again, I'll definitely check with them first
