They take the fitment of alingners very…

They take the fitment of alingners very seriously for an online company. I’ve gone through the moulding process now multiple times to ensure I get the perfect aligners.

This time around I had a video session with Jay Smith and he was very polite and knowledgeable about the procedure and product.

I’m looking forward to receiving the full set of aligners soon.

Awful customer service and online experience fraud

I purchased an item online through their mobile site and selected Canada ($ CAD) as my region. While shopping with this region selected all items are shown as $xxx with no further mention of currency. I checked out thinking that it is in the currency I selected as no further mention of currency is listed anywhere during checkout. Unfortunately when I see my credit card statement the item is charged in USD adding an extra $500 to the bill. When I spoke with a supervisor they said they don't care what I see and that their terms and conditions state the charge to be in USD. And that's final and basically suck it. Not what I expect from a high end brand name. Totally a horrible experience. Perhaps select a different brand if in the market for a good experience. They also didn't offer a return option not that I would take it anyhow because I had already gifted the purchase to someone.
