They took on all communications with debt companies and dealt with agreeing a settlement over a period of time with interest free! Even some months a payment didn't go through they give a chance to make payment over the phone with a debit card. Very good support and recommended to anyone who has payment problems with greedy credit card companies. I paid over 10 years and debt and credit card free. My credit score is good although no plan to hold credit card again.
