Still regretting why I placed an order. Pathetic experience.
Hi, Well I am a non Italian speaker living in Milan. I placed an order on 1/12/2019 on the occasion of Black-friday. It's been 6 days and I see no progress in tracking the order. I have to leave the country on the 12th of December. I feel so helpless with the customer support as well as I don't understand Italian. It has been my worst online shopping experience ever. I think my 64Euros has gone in bad-books now. Totally unreliable and pathetic experience both online and offline.
