I had trouble with my chain rubbing against the derailleur at the weekend and wandered into the Fulham store hoping the mechanic would just be able to tweak the settings. It turned out that my diagnosis was wide of the mark and a plastic bit of the derailleur had broken off. I then had visions of having to leave my bike there for a couple of days! Luckily the spare part was in stock and he fixed it there and then. It took 10 minutes tops - super efficient!

The application form was straightforward to follow and when I had a technical query about the policy your team on the helpline were super efficient and helpful.

Very efficient service. The team arrived at our home at the prescribed time (after calling first to say they were on their way) and replaced the windscreen without any fuss. All very straightforward and hassle free from our point of view.

Rhiannon at SodaStream was super helpful at assessing the problem with our machine (via video link which was very easy to use) and advising on solutions.

We are very pleased with our new bike trailer. It was ready on schedule (if anything ahead of schedule) and was easy to assemble and get on the road. The sales team were also super helpful in advising me what trailer to get and the accessories I would need.
