Rarewaves not only have great prices but their customer service is wonderful. It does take some time for the items to get to me, but they do get here eventually. (Barcelona) I have purchased from them 3 times now with no problems.

The 1 star is for the Spanish Zavvi site (which I truly don't believe it is Spanish, just site translated only). I don't understand something. I am from Spain but I order from the U.K website. Why? Because the Spanish website is so different and the offers are not the same as the U.K. Also, the prices are much more expensive. I am not talking about the change of currency but really? Up to 10 euros more than the U.K. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy visiting your site and you have some great items, but why is the Spanish site so expensive? And why does it not have the same offers and promotions? Sad to see that Spain is becoming so expensive. I prefer to spend my money outside of Spain as it is cheaper.

Pros: Great items to purchase on sale and a wide variety of things available.

Cons: I had to pay for customs when I was told that custom fees are not applicable. The second time I ordered, all went very well accept an item was broken (Film case).

I don't mind the shopping with Zavvi but the problem is the custom tax. Zavvi makes it hard for us when we purchase items and have to pay for customs, then we have to show proof of the customs amount. Sometimes we don't get any notification that we paid the custom amount and that is when we have to go through so many people to get some results. If Zavvi sells items and they pay customs, they should pay it before the delivery and the customer is happy. I am giving then one more chance if this problem comes up again, I won't bother with them again.

Compré 2 botellas de 1lt. Muy agradable, pero al abrir la segunda botella el segundo día, el sabor era muy ácido e imbebible. Tuve que tirarlo.

Siempre es un gran trato con CeX. Tuve un problema que culpo al currier que a CeX. Una de las cubiertas del disco estaba dañada y el disco rayado. Dudo que CeX me vendiera algo así. El disco se reproduce bien y acabo de comprar una caja nueva.

Fantástico para comprar contigo. Es muy fácil encontrar cosas y los artículos están en muy buenas a excelentes condiciones. Solo 2 cosas que necesito mencionar: 1, para algunos artículos se tarda bastante en enviarlos y recibirlos. Todavía tengo un pedido pendiente del 26 de marzo. Aunque está en camino. 2, pagamos 2 euros de franqueo por cada artículo y aparentemente las empresas pueden obtener franqueo de descuento en el peso. De todos modos, aparte de eso, continuaré buscando en el sitio algunas compras excelentes.

ING are ok though they do need to understand that English is the business language of the world. I live in Spain and can get by in Spanish but when I have a banking concern, I prefer English to be able to explain properly. At the moment I am getting notification everyday that someone is trying to access may credit card. Luckily no money is being withdrawn. I have been trying for days to speak to somebody about this and all I get is a recording. At times I have been waiting for 20 minutes, mind you on a mobile! Still no answer. When finally they answered, they only spoke spanish. I asked them in Spanish if there was someone that can help. There answer was no and they hung up. TERRIBLE!
