I don't mind the shopping with Zavvi…

I don't mind the shopping with Zavvi but the problem is the custom tax. Zavvi makes it hard for us when we purchase items and have to pay for customs, then we have to show proof of the customs amount. Sometimes we don't get any notification that we paid the custom amount and that is when we have to go through so many people to get some results. If Zavvi sells items and they pay customs, they should pay it before the delivery and the customer is happy. I am giving then one more chance if this problem comes up again, I won't bother with them again.
