Scam

Received a tracking number. A month later the only activity was that the label for shipping had been printed. Emailed them several times before geting a response that they had been trying to reach me (really? how?) . I was told that the carrier had lost my package and that they could reship or refund. I replied and nothing. I now see that my experience isn't unique. Unfortunate becasue there are a lot of nice looking designs.

Cheap Junk - falls aprt in one day

Everything I have ever ordered, falls apart, fast.

In the last instance prior to writing this review, I wore a bracelet that fell apart at first wear. This was a replacement for one that fell apart in a week.

Because it was more than 30 days past purchase (I waited to wear it), they offered a $20 credit. I can see from past reviews that this is what they do. I declined the credit. Why would anyone want to spend more money for something that will fall apart?

Let the 30-day policy stand for itself. 30 days = It’s junk that will last no longer than that. Though, my stuff didn’t last 1 day. It’s hard to believe it’s THAT bad.

This stuff is not handmade by artisans. It is cheap made in China junk.

Their products are usually good and…

Their products are usually good and have good prices. However, their customer service is non existent AND I am very doubtful it's in Canada. I orddered during their BOGO and instead of applying the discount to items of the same value, they applied it to the lower cost items. They will rip you off every chance they get. I placed a $500 order and they are splittng hairs over $25. Will never order from them again.

BRUTAL...been a few problems but here's…

BRUTAL...been a few problems but here's my tipping point. I called to have my daily limit increased from $200. Rep said only $500, for my own protection, really? Then said, I can change it for one time if you need it today but you only have to hours to get to a machine and get it. Meanwhile, my pay goes to this account. Also, once my account had an unauthorized charge and in order to get a new account number, they had to do a credit check. I applied for a Visa and was declined and the same day was approved for a $3000 Visa at another bank. Finally, I cancelled an Email Xfer once because it was taking too long to happen and they charged me 3.50. Terrible practices. I'm not sure what their business model is but I am done
