Can't fault the service

Can't fault the service, ordered online, had to cancel and refund back in my account within hours. ATA automaster, 3 weeks for a refund, only after contacting the credit card company.

customer support and user instructions none existent

Instructions for fitting are just adequate, compare them to IKEA Instructions. Instructions for setup and usage are none existent, or to be honest useless. The product might be great, but getting to use it impossible. No support phone number, via Amazon at least, no UK support phone number. I would look for a product that has good customer support and better user friendly Instructions.

Worst company to deal with regards to…

Worst company to deal with regards to customers technical help. Call centre in India, all speak poor English, except supervisors. Don't listen to the problem you put forward, just go through a preset list.
Would avoid at all costs.
