you've just lost a customer

I consider myself to be a good googl-eer. All my family are on google. I update my phone every year and pretty much buy into the google ecosystem. When I upgraded this year the experience has been simply appalling. My trade-in refund went way past the 15 day return deadline which meant I was now tied to my new phone. It's okay, as it happens. However I also purchased a 9a for a pensioner friend. It was glitchy and had to go back. They sent the replacement to me - 120 miles away!
No point in seeking resolution. Their call centre is terrible. They just read prepared scripts. google - you've just lost a customer! Well done.

I was with Verisure

I was with Verisure - a system built by alarm engineers for alarm engineers, but not for the public! Simplisafe is exactly that! It is simple to install and manage - and much better value!

I foolishly purchased a laptop from…

I foolishly purchased a laptop from wowcher and when delivered it was in a poor state and supplied with a charging cable from another company. I immediately returned the item - as instructed by wowcher.
THREE WEEKS later, guess what? No refund. The laptop provider have confirmed that they received the return and asked wowcher to process my refund. Obviously you can't call wowcher. But for the past few days they have been obfuscating on the matter. Finally referred me back to the supplier for the refund.

The 'corporate reply' received neglects to acknowledge the fact that my contract is with WOWCHER and NOT Orion Computers. WOWCHER took payment - you are the party to arrange a refund.

This is SHARP PRACTICE!

Please deal with the FACTS and process my refund.

Over-priced, unreliable, zero customer care.

I was compelled to purchase their tracker service for insurance purposes.
Firstly, it's rubbish. So many false alarms. Secondly, they are impossible to contact.
Finally, with 6 months remaining when I sold my car, no refunds for the remainder - not an inconsiderable sum!

APPALLING Customer service

Great platform! Great app! Great products! APPALLING Customer service. I ended up with TWO MP+ accounts and it's been an absolute NIGHTMARE attempting to delete them.
The 'chat agents' couldn't care less.

A trip from Rugeley to Gatwick has the potential to be a nightmare. Not this time. The driver, Gareth, could not have been more attentive. Caring, efficient, relaxed and a great conversationalist. I highly recommend Corky's for airport transfers.

They are expensive and have so many get out clauses. I found them to be dishonest, unreliable and not there when needed. AVOID. get a local plumber and at least your money goes to a local business and not this multinational profit centre!

If you have a large car - AVOID

It is a nice, clean and secure carpark. However, if you are driving a vehicle any larger than a smart car - park somewhere else! Entry / exit gave very little space either side and I had to do a 22 point turn to actually get to the exit.
