Volvo do not respond to complaints

I initially had problems with the Sat Nav which after being reset by the dealer has rectified the problem so far.
However I was offered a Hamper from Fortnum and Mason as a gesture of good will. That is where Volvo customer service completely ignore me. The hamper was to be delivered after my return from a holiday but never appeared. I was then offered Buyagift vouchers. The vouchers didn't work. I contacted Volvo customer service who said they would check and get back to me. They didn't! After 5 weeks I tried the vouchers to see if the would work but only one did. Since then after contacting them various times, even the head of Customer service world wide has not resulted in a reply. This has now been going on 5 months so my suggestion is don't expect any reply from Volvo even if you contact the head of Volvo worlwide. Very poor customer service. :-(

New contract a big mistake.

Entered a new contract after receiving an offer for a new 18 month contract. Did this thinking it would make things simple and avoid any protracted discussion on new contract. Big mistake. They almost doubled the contract price and have spent two weeks trying to get it right and still not there yet. They tell you one thing and do another.

Posted a card 1st class Monday 30 Nov

Posted a card 1st class Monday 30 Nov. now Sat 5th Dec, still not delivered. Bought a voucher which was sent 48th tracked on Mon 30th Nov. Still not delivered and tracking shows still at central hub 2 days waiting to go to local delivery office.
To be honest really would rate lower if I could.

Morrisons excess bagging!

I have just had my delivery from Morrisons. All well generally no complaints other than the number of bags used. We are supposed to be cutting back on the use of bags but some items that are already sealed are individually double bagged. What a waste and we are being charged for them. Try to contact them and it is impossible.

Wish I had checked this before buying

Wish I had checked this before buying. Bought 24 Large Geraniums or so I thought! What was delivered was a small 24 tray with 22 plants. The plants could hardly be described as seedlings let alone large!
I contacted the company to complain and they sent me a gift voucher to the value of £7 which meant I would have to spend more money to use the voucher.
I wrote back saying would not be wasting any more money with them and would not use their website again. Having put the option to confirm delivery and read, it was deleted without reading.
Take advice, don't use them.
The same person I contacted replied today 16 July 2020 but didn't even read my message before I put review on Trustpilot. I haven't changed my opinion. Still would not use!
