Be very careful about the 16 day returns policy
An item i ordered was delivered on the 14th July with royal mail proof of date of delivery and I requested a return on the 28th July but got told it was over the 16 day returns policy. I ordered it on the 11th July but had I known the delivery would be late or that ax paris were going to be that difficult over ONE day (not even that if you count from 14th) then I would have returned sooner. I did email them as ive spent over £100 with them on two other dresses and times are pretty hard at the moment but they refused the return and just said I could have a voucher if I want minus the postage charge. I think they could have helped out a bit more than this seeing as im still within the 16 days of receiving the item technically. Other companies are a lot more helpful.

Our returns policy allows for items to be returned within 16 days from the date of order, rather than from the date of delivery. We do understand this can feel restrictive, particularly when delivery takes a little longer than expected, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.
While the return fell outside of our policy, we did offer a refund via gift card as a gesture of goodwill — and we do appreciate your continued support, especially during more challenging times.
