Bought GEN-FF Adjustable Webbing/Leather Back-Strap Sandals this spring. The most comfortable pair of walking sandals I’ve ever owned - I just did 50km in them across 5 days recently and didn’t feel a thing. And the colours are really nice!
I was unfamiliar with the company so I ordered two sizes just in case so I ended up returning one of them. Return is easy, refund quick.

Smooth Rental Experience with Viva Rent
Rented a car from Viva Rent, picked up in Sorrento and dropped off at Napoli Airport. Everything went smoothly—clear communication and easy process.
The car was in fair condition, with some scratches (typical for Italy). Staff at both locations were helpful and accommodating. I had a bit of trouble finding the Napoli drop-off, but they guided me patiently - thanks Martina. The airport shuttle was quick and efficient.
Overall, a solid experience. Would rent again.

I was initially apprehensive about ordering from Violette because I had read so many negative reviews regarding their logistics and operations. However, as with any brand in its early stages, I recognize that while the product is exceptional, the operational side might need time to catch up. The brand’s philosophy, ethos, and rhetoric were all clear and compelling, so I decided to give it a try and support them through this phase.
It did take about 10 days for my products to arrive, but when they did, they were beautifully packaged. I’m so glad I decided to order, because the products themselves are fantastic—exactly what I had hoped for. I can confidently say that the wait was worth it.

Karan and his colleague went above and beyond to deliver a large piece of furniture to our apartment. Faced with the challenge of a small entrance, they calmly contacted their head office, who promptly offered advice and support to ensure the delivery was successful. Throughout the process, they were respectful of our property and incredibly helpful.
They were also prompt - stuck to the assigned slot, called 30 min before to check in.

Both tests were delivered on time. For Day 2 the results came within 2 days. For Day 8 in over 4 days...that's a lot to wait on a PCR. When I called them, they were prompt and nice, but couldn't give me a clear deadline.

I enjoyed Monzo up until yesterday when my account was hacked, all the money from my current account (close to 1000£) paid to some company in a transaction I never authorized, money from my pot withdrawn to my current account (luckily these are still there). It’s been 20 hours since I contacted customer support. They keep telling me a special team will get in touch...but then don’t know when! Very dissapointed and very much concerned about the security of my finances.

Ordered a Samsung Q70R on Sat to be delivered on Sun, paid the extra 30 pounds. Sunday comes and nothing. I call them up, they say they can't progress the order because it's weekend. I call Monday morning, told me to call later. For no reason. I call later, they said I'll get an email. I get an email that confirms my deliver for - wait for it - NEXT Sunday. I call them up and escalate - 3 times. Finally, I get a delivery scheduled for Wednesday. Great, I take the day off and wait. TV comes, it's the wrong TV - mine was supposed to be Q70R, box says Q67R, product is Q60R. I had to call them 3 times on Wednesday to be told to print my receipt and...GO TO THE STORE to get it swapped. I ordered online! For a reason! Alternatively, I can also call the delivery people because, and I quote, "they must have it around somewhere, in one of their vans". I must be on candid camera or smth. Absolutely ridiculous.
