The worst, most egregious Customer Service I have ever encountered. Poorly trained, recalcitrant, and remiss in their duties to take comprehensive notes.

Their "LEVEL 5" is supposedly top tier but the agent 'Paul' was excessively hostile, bullying, and unresponsive.

Mercari sent my order to the wrong address and would not refund my expenditure in money; they only offered a credit. There are 2 of the same address as mine in this city, at opposite ends of town. Mercari's system automatically entered the WRONG ZIP CODE so it was delivered to the other address.

I had to travel 27 mi. RT across town to retrieve one of the packages I ordered. It has taken me ONE MONTH to try to find the second package but it is still "lost' and the PO cannot find it. It too was sent to the WRONG ZIP CODE but now there is not trace of it there now.

INEXCUSABLY, MERCARI TAKES NO RESPONSIBLITY for the error of their automatic zip code system, so I am out the money for the purchase. And no item to show for it. This is simply unconscionable in merchandising and Mercari will not be in business long.
