Amazed at how quickly the oils were delivered to the UK. Arrived really carefully packed and each bottle was inside an aluminium container. The oils seem to be very good quality.

Plants arrived in good condition and look to be good value for price paid however the pots have been crammed together in the packaging so are all broken. The plants were for presents so this is not ideal but according to customer service is quite normal and to be expected.

Watch out for the club card price scam - this has happened to me twice now, once when paying by card and then today when paying by cash. The total amount to be charged seems to reflect the club card pricing but then the amount charged to your debit card reflects the original higher prices or the change shows as what would be due before the clubcard discount comes off. I wonder how many times this goes un-noticed and Tesco have scammed customers of their money

Really pleased with the bath - it was very competitively priced and was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. Was a little nervous as sometimes low price means poor service but this was definitely not the case. Communication between order and delivery also excellent. Highly recommended.

One item arrived with a damaged box. The item was intended to be a gift so I want to return it. I am still waiting to hear back from my email to Cox & Cox about this two weeks later. I've just been emailed to ask me to send my email again. Poor customer service
