Cost of living crisis: outstanding help given.

Struggling to pay my energy bills, contacted customer
service, felt awkward as never been in this dilemma before, though found them extremely friendly and
engaging, putting me at ease; excellent outcome achieved by deferring payments for an agreed period.
Back on my feet now and able to pay the bills, all made possible by Octopus Energy, much appreciated.

Go fixed with Octopus Energy, gain peace of mind:)

I changed from my variable account to a fixed account 19/08/2022 on reading an article from Martin Lewis M.S.E. this was further confirmed as the best course of action from Octopus Energy; l recently read an article about the owner (sorry forget name) of Octopus Energy,
which clearly stated, that he has forgone his wages, since the Energy crisis unfolded in these troubled times.
That solely taken action, resonates with me so much, l rather pay inflated energy costs to them (not their fault)
more so the Gas & Oil companies, who are reaping unprecedented profits for themselves and paying huge dividend payments to their shareholders:( Remember, this, profits gains on the back of thousands of people, killed from both Russian and Ukraine in this senseless war……and they want all of it, SHAME ON THEM.
Sooner, we go green the better, l endlessly feel pure unadulterated hate for these companies. I digress, my apologies, l’m autistic and don’t get these massive government benefits, as l have chosen to work all my life, benefits those who haven’t worked a day in their life, apart from making countless children, then proffer from the extra benefits they incur; seen it, witnessed it,
l’m going on 65 years old, and not all, though, mostly, these people brag about it profusely. Gone off in a tangent again, sorry. Last word for the owner of Octopus Energy and all people working within.
So grateful, for watching our backs, transparent in giving real-time advice to lessen this in increase in Energy costs. Go green, burn PUTIN, the b ast****
who’s demented mind has caused this present and future impact on the world we live in; lest forget, the
people who have died, may peace rest on their souls.
