I've ordered from this company twice. I did not have a great experience the first time because the order took a couple of months to appear. When it did, I was pleasantly shocked at how nice the merchandise was. With my second order, I received it in a timely manner and again was delighted with my purchases, so much so that I am considering placing another order for a Christmas present to my sister. Keep up the great work!

I have ordered from CigsSpot many times and always have been pleased by the experience. I never have missed an order. The last 2 times I ordered the package came via Russian postal service.

Although this company has incurred some difficulties with reliable shipping, it has not let me down OR failed to keep me apprised of the situation. So, although I placed an order in February that did not arrive until the beginning of May, I am not disappointed in them. To the contrary, I will continue to do business with them due to their honesty and good communications.

Thus far I've had good luck with my purchases arriving. I wish they could ship in a more timely manner, but that is the only drawback I can see.

I had a good experience with buying from this company. They delivered what I ordered. It took about 8 weeks to receive my cigarettes. This company was discussed by other smokers on Reddit, and the consensus was that Cigsspot is a legit company that is safe to order from. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate them a 9, and it's only that low because I would like to see more brands offered.

Delivery was fairly prompt. The full order was delivered. My only problem is that what I received does not match what I ordered. Specifically, I ordered the Glamour 100s, and I received the Glamour 120s. The cigarettes themselves are ok, but if they were shorter I believe they would have more flavor. The 120 length is hard to keep lit!
