Shocking. Item never arrived. Customer serviced just fobbed me off with an ‘it’s in transit’ email. £30 out of pocket and missing a present for my daughter’s birthday. It isn’t clear on the website that delivery is from china but wish I’d read the reviews about the poor customer service

Ordered this for a gift. Delivery was super slow so contacted customer services. Took almost 2 weeks to respond by which time the birthday had been and gone!

We love Woody’s and so does our dog! We have a very fussy pup with a very sensitive tummy and Liv has suggested some fab treats for him and she has so many to choose from. We’ve tried so many supermarket and pet shop treats and we much prefer natural treats so Woody’s choice is perfect!
Liv has kindly delivered treats to us within hours of ordering, usually with an extra treat to try included! Proper service with a smile 😊

These smell gorgeous and look fab. Within two days of having them my whole room is filled with gorgeous smells. Customer service from Aroment is amazing as well - small issue with my order sorted within hours in a super friendly way and resolution even better than expected! Will definitely buy again
