great value gym in Slough , I love the new Matrix equipment. one of the 2 gyms in Slough where you can train with the punching bag.
Disadvantages :
it's cold, no means of heating during winter.
not well designed :when you enter you walk in your muddy street shoes half of the ground floor, stairs, then half of the 1st floor to the changing room.
Music is too loud, 80% of the members with a headphones, can't see the point of the loud music.
The changing locker is around 50cm high, meaning your coat/jacket will be on your shoes😱
