Amazing customer service

Did have a issue with gear arriving damaged and I run a reptile rescue center so time is a issue. But I gave these guys a call and within 20 mins we had sorted everything out. These guys go above and beyond on customer service will definitely be using them again for any aquatic equipment I need

Criminal company

Terrible company I was forced over after virgins merger unwillingly might I add and within 6 months they had committed fraud in my name adding other numbers onto my contract several times!! If u try report it they will just hang up on u after a while I had enough they weren't listening and I switched to vodaphone who are much better but months latter I'm still getting calls and text from them bout billing and all tht wen I ain't even with them!!! This company is illegal!! There workers are literally collecting ur info so they add products they want on to ur account for the commission and it's common now!! These aren't isolated insidences wish I could give them negative stars.

Wish I could give it less stars they charging me for handsets and Apple watches I don't have and never wanted and the fraud department just says they will call back they never do and they hang up on me wen I call them these guys are the real scammers

Well packed gd prices gd delivery

Well packed gd prices gd delivery and wow amazing mystery box I can tell someone looked at my order and picked what they thought I'd like based of the other bits I ordered as I didn't include a note to see what it be like :) wasn't any fillers like plants or substrate I got animals for my collection all new except for one which was my first ever spider I love for nostalgic reason. all animals were well and alive I'm very impressed really this place deserves more than 5 stars

Sactuary denies human rights

Can't answer phones if they do they hang up before saying hi if u got issues with the house like mold or no boiler or no front door don't bother reporting it u litterally end up waiting Years I'm not exaggerating I currently been waiting over a year for a front door this company don't care about ppl or human rights all they want is ur money and they take all of it increasing rent all the time while ur living conditions go down to the point it wouldn't even be acceptable in a concentration camp!

Harrasment and negative customer service

They harras me call me hang up then I cant call them cos of their automated call centers this company is also a scam for a entire month they lost my account and tried to charge me for it this company has no idea what they doing and should be watchdogged! They target disabled people. update they lowered my bill by 50 quid which honestly i dont think is enough but at this point i just wanna pay it off to finally be done with this company/scam aaand they wont accept payment. this company has no idea what their doing

Scam alert

Mixed messages not really sure wats going on is 1st day tho hopefully it will improve once their systems catch up...
It did not, even more issue arose and there staff barely knew what they were doing. in the end I'm going back to my old supplier. This company is a scam and should be watchdogged. If its not a scam then their entire staff is untrained and not capable of doing their jobs. I would never recommend this company

Extremely helpful

I have mental health issues and I'm classed as disabled alot of company's take advantage of this instead giganet helped me out with fast helpful installation andthey even helped me cancel my previous Internet supplier as I can't communicate with them this is the extra mile people don't see and it really makes a diffence and gives a very gd reason to trust a company

Had issues with delivery

Had issues with delivery but not really there falt with strikes communication was amazing didnt even have to wait a hr for reply and they helped get the info and resolve the issue virtually instantly couldn't of been handled better

worst company ever!!!

worst company ever!!!
none of them can do their jobs next day delivery my a** dont trust this service for nothing they have no idea what there doing and their employees dont either asking for when ur getting ur parcel means they hold it back another week!!! they make up stories about how "you" asked for them to keep it in a city 50 miles away yet theres no number you called off of.. these guys are criminals!!

half a day later my parcel arrise at the 1 and only time they said couldnt do and yea that this is a company of lies never trust anything they need to get orginized ppl!!!seroisly
