I am the owner of two Vitavia…

I am the owner of two Vitavia Greenhouses (Phoenix 8' X 8' and a Phoenix 8' X 14') and I am absolutely delighted with both of them, They were very easy to construct I am not a young man 76 year old but with the help of a good friend who is a similar age to me we built each one in less than two days. one of them was built in 2018 and the other was built in 2019 both of these greenhouses are great very sturdy and have withstood at times gale force winds the toughened glass is fantastic also after sales service from Vitavia is absolutely brilliant I would highly recommend Vitavia to anyone who is looking for a great quality greenhouse without paying an excessive price

A very disappointing experience

After waiting more than thirty minutes to get through to someone when I spoke to your advisor and explained the problem regarding a letter I have received regarding meter readings and I explained to her that I had provided meter readings at the beginning of October and that EDF had clearly received them because they had sent me the invoice based on those meter readings when I explained this your advisor asked me to hold the line whilst she checked it after waiting a further forty minutes and respone from the advisor it was clear to me that she had just terminated the call without speaking to me. So I made a further phone call which took almost thirty minutes to get through to another advisor (this advisor’s name was Shamela) when I explained to her the issue and also mentioned that I had wasted more than an hour with the first advisor and that she had just terminated the call without any reason or explanation to me. Shamela then looked into the matter for me and sorted it out for me. So in summary after spending almost two hours on the phone to EDF I was disappointed in the level of service that I received from the first advisor who I would probably score 0 out of 10. But with Shamela I would score her a 10 out of 10

decided to give them one more…

decided to give them one more opportunity to provide me with quality plants but alas they failed plants arrived in very poor state and totally dried out........ NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Plants arrived so badly damaged stems…

Plants arrived so badly damaged stems broken root ball was dry absolute waste of time and money. But to add insult to injury they are not answering phones and I got a reply to my email regarding the damaged plants over two weeks after I wrote to them, and all they sent me was some leaflets on how to look after my plants...……. I KNOW HOW TO LOOK AFTER PLANTS IF THEY ARRIVE AS A VIABLE PLANT!!!!!!…………. All I needed was for them to deliver them in a viable condition...…………… Sadly this company has totally lost the plot so I won't be ordering plants from them anytime soon, I still need a refund for the dead plants delivered. …………… My advice is AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Danny – Crayford Store

We have just installed our second kitchen designed and supplied by Danny from the Crayford store. we went back to Danny because we were so impressed with the quality of his advice, service and patience given to us on our first kitchen and we are certainly every bit as happy with the results of this new kitchen. As is normal when undertaking a project like a kitchen install quality & value for money are also important and once again Danny & Magnet did not let us down there either. we love the new kitchen and would highly recommend both Danny & the Magnet team. Thank you so much for all your help & advice.
