Rep didn’t turn up!!

Rep didn’t turn up!!
Arranged for a rep to visit us to look at new front doors, initially this was arranged for Monday. Received a call Sunday to say this was not convenient and the appointment was rescheduled for Friday evening. Friday came, we waited in and nobody came. Very disappointed and will be taking our custom elsewhere. No wonder so many company’s are going bust, but the service these days is shockingly poor.

Terrible service

Terrible service. We called an hour before we arrived at terminal 3 and was told where to take the car to drop it off, however, we waited for 45 minutes as there was nobody there.
On collection of the vehicle again we followed instructions and told them that we were at the baggage and he advised us to go to level four and he would meet us there with our car. We waited and called and were told five more minutes each time, however, we ended up waiting over and hour in the freezing cold. The driver then bolted and said we should email the company if unhappy. Email sent but no response.
Terrible company will never use again!! This is not a meet and greet!!

Terrible company

Ordered two bikinis, terrible material, tiny bottoms goodness knows who would fit into them as half your buts would be hanging out. Returned items in timely manner and still have not had my refund. Brought the items on Klarna and now I owe Klarna the money.
Stay away from the company as they will not refund you when goods are returned.

No sales person

Drove an hour to get to the Hertford showroom, we was in there a good ten minutes and actually really liked one of the sofas however, not a sole to be seen. No salesperson, nobody to greet us and talk us through material etc, we could have actually brought a van and loaded up ourselves as whoever was in charge today had clearly gone home for lunch. We won’t waste our time again.

Ordered goods on the 29th June

Ordered goods on the 29th June, email sent to say expect 4 days for delivery but I’ll receive an email once dispatched. Nothing…… I tried calling, emailing, contacting them via social media but no reply or any form of correspondence. It’s now the 13th July and I have had to buy my goods elsewhere. Luckily I brought my goods via Klarna and they are helping with the dispute. Sadly I’ve brought stuff from Equus previously and not had any issues, however, this experience has out me off and I won’t be buying from this company again.

My elderly dog Rascal always goes to…

My elderly dog Rascal always goes to the Frostick’s, I find the process of holidays4dogs easy and professional and the Frostick’s accommodate my dog and his medical needs as if he were there own! I am able to go away with peace of mind and get continuous updates and videos of my boy! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Our dog who is now very old, always goes to Phil and Janet frostick. I get regular updates and videos which I love, and we are able to enjoy our holiday knowing that he gets the very best care.

Phil Frostick has our elderly dog rascal. He always has the best time, I get regular updates from Phil and I feel grateful that we can go in holiday and know that rascal is loved and well looked after.

Arrived at Prague

Arrived at Prague, really not knowing what to expect. Lovely Lenka who had arranged everything for us met us at the hotel the morning of the surgery and took us to the hospital. My husband and I both had blepharoplasty and his upper and lower lids and me just upper eyelids. We met the surgeon, who was great. The hospital was clean and welcoming and all the staff were so nice. We had our surgery and was back at the hotel by the afternoon. We were both extremely impressed and the clinic give you a fit to fly letter as well as a discharge letter to take to the GP once back in the uk, all written in English, which is super helpful.
We are now on day ten post surgery and the swelling and bruising has almost gone. Will definitely return if we wish for further surgery.

Great stay

We left our dog with Phil for three nights as a taster, he got on really well and has just spent over a week with him whilst we went abroad. We felt relaxed and comfortable that our dog was part of Phil’s family and we were updated regularly with photos of his stay. Will definitely use again, the process and booking is easy and makes the holiday much more pleasant.
