I had a great experience with Lauren Foster from the John Shepherd team as she helped us with arranging to have a pet in our tenancy. It can be a bit nerve-wracking asking for a pet but from the the first interaction Lauren was friendly, supportive, and helpful in her approach and was just as enthused when our Landlord agreed as we were!! Our emails were responded to quickly and she was able to pass on all information efficiently. An absolute star 🌟 and we hope to have more interactions with her in the future

Parcel was due to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday morning my tracker updated to say delivering today 10am-12pm. Then as the day went on, no parcel and tracker wouldn’t change… until 3pm it just went back to We have the parcel! Today the parcel was delivered WET inside and outside, driver just dumped it by the bins wouldn’t even wait for me to get to the door or take photo. Also speaking loudly on the phone and in a non-identifiable van / uniform. Would not recommend. At least Evri & Royal Mail will knock and greet you to hand the parcel over 🙄

We returned to We Tree Kings for our christmas tree again this year after having such a great one last year. The non-drop trees last really well, are worth it for the clean and hassle-free look of a real tree. Our tree from last year lasted way into February outside and everyone who came by was shocked it was still so full and green! High quality trees, nice personalised service of helping you find the right one, and definitely worth paying for.

I ordered a pair of trousers online in a size 4 but instead received a size 16 with a size 4 label! I couldn’t wear them and I contacted customer support who was very helpful and quick to offer me a next day replacement. Sure i couldn’t wear them due to the mistake which is why it isn’t 5 stars but the service was excellent and I always buy from here as I know it is quick and easy to buy from.
