Irresponsable towards clients
We ordered a board before Christmas 2020. Then, suddenly, the web-site cancelled the order and did a payement refund without explaining any reasons and without proposing any additional options. We tried to contact them via “contact back”, but we didn’t get the answer in 24h, as they promise that, and we didn’t get any answer at all. Very irresponsible towards their clients.

Hey Alex. Sorry for the inconvenienced. I just sent you an email to explain. I got my finger cut by my table saw. It took me long time to be able to type and have my mental power back :-(.
