The key was supposed to be global

The key was supposed to be global, but it isn't, so I feel deceived. The key hasn't been used, so I kindly request a refund

On October 14

On October 14, a UPS driver in The Hague stole a package with a thinkpad. I contacted UPS and Mr. Sharma... said that I had to inform Lenovo about the missing package (I thought UPS should inform about its problems). At Lenovo, three customer service people said different things... finally, after two weeks, on October 30, Lenovo starts the investigation! Which may take 7 business days and then they have 5 days to return the cash. Honestly, don't buy products from this company because they are a nightmare. Another problem is the investigation between lenovo and UPS (I am a third part in this case) I didnt receive the package and they still dont send the money back. I have problems at work and Lenovo replied that if I wanted a refund, they dont give me any compensation. They are incompetent so avoid Lenovo

I have been waiting for my package…

I have been waiting for my package longer than 10 days on Wednesday I called GLS the package was supposed to be at the pickup point, of course it was not there! Then I called again ... an a*shole with a Turkish accent (really rude) said take it easy when the package is there we'll let you know. GLS will take the money for the shipment and they don't give a s**t ... and the customer service in the Netherlands is a mess.

Shop give me wrong product for other region ... and customer support send me to xbox support. Easy to take money for wrong product i buy last time in this shop.

Few weeks ago in media markt some woman use my personal data, without my permission and create contract for 3 years with wrong mail and she make signature .. Now i wait for answer from mijn budget because she broke the rules of personal data protection and company make investigation.
