Peter,

I am sorry your listing was pulled down and that some customers are not following your state laws. We encourage all customers to confirm this information prior to having work completed.

I requested some additional information so I could look into your post that was removed for you.

Peter,

Thank you for your review. We know you have reached out to us a few times. Our team communicated with you a few times back in August before the concert. You told us you could not attend the show. We let you know then that per our policy we only provide refunds on cancelled events. Since this was a rescheduled concert, where the exact same tickets were good for the new date, that we cannot provide a refund on your order. Definitely not criminal behavior, this is just us abiding by the policies we spell out clearly in our Terms of Use. We informed you of our refund policy during that communication with you in August, so there was no expectation set on our side that a refund would be forthcoming.
This line is from the top paragraph in our Terms: "If an event is cancelled, you will be given a full refund. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your order will not qualify for a refund and your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date."

Unfortunately on occasion issues come up that force changes in live events (rescheduled dates, bad weather, artist postponements, etc). We do not have control over those, but do our best to our assist our customers in working through them (including often helping them to sell their tickets if they can no longer attend an event). We never want a customer to have a poor experience and apologize that you are unhappy in this situation.
