Delivered on time to my neice, who's birthday it was and she loved her flowers.

Boots did not come boxed as you would expect and they look cheap. They smell like cheap plastic and not comfortable.

I wanted to move to better seats for a show we were going to see and the advisor was so helpful and he found us much better seats, very happy with the customer service I received.

My scents arrived on time, well packaged and I even got a freebie. The forest floor and Woodstock smells are absolutely beautiful. Can't wait to order some new smells. Very happy customer!!!

From start to finish this process was so simple, great communication, Ricky the boiler fitter was a total pro and got the job done and cleaned up after himself. Even had a courtesy call from iheat to check all was well. Would highly recommend this firm!!!

Although I paid a lot more for ps5 for my son for Xmas I can't fault Littlewoods...kept me updated and my delivery was earlier than expected.

If I could take the 1 star away I would. I ordered a bike for my son's 8tg birthday with bike due to arrive 3 days before, no sign of it so I contacted them and received 2 different replies. One saying bike was waiting for courier, other saying my order hadnt even been processed (what am I to believe) so was no chance the bike was going to arrive in time. Their customer service is beyond disgraceful, they are completely incompetent. My son now is going to wake up in the morning with no big present and they couldn't care less. I am waiting for a refund now before I can order him a new bike...not from MF. I will never use them again as they have caused nothing but heartache for me & my boy.

I think the guitars look fantastic, however they are Xmas presents so haven't been used yet. Delivery was just as they said so no problems at all.
