Super fast shipping and production. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is a digital mock-up when uploading my image. I don't need a production mock up, but just how it will fit on the koozie. Otherwise, no complaints! Friend was very happy with the gift.

Same story. Two months for product to arrive. No response to repeated emails. When product finally arrived it was of poor quality, ill-fitting, with no information on how to return.
