Great prices and a lot cheaper than…

Great prices and a lot cheaper than other sites , love my new guccis. Onky complaint is advertised as arriving in 2-3 days but took a week. Not a big deal just wish I had been prepared rather than expecting it to arrive earlier.

Went to the London City branch and was highly satisfied with service. I paid for baby date scan, sonographer Leisha was lovely and warm, she took time with the scan and had patience with me as I had such a full bladder I had to go and empty it a bit and come back. She explained everything very well and I think it is worth the money for the peace of mind. Received the images and report almost instantly. The lady on reception was polite and helpful aswel. I highly recommend !

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! Bad customer service !

I placed an order on 01/01/20
Confirmation email says it would be ready for click and collect on or before 06/01/20.

I kept checking the status and it just kept saying the same thing "order processing". I tried emailing and got an automated reply and even sent DM on Instagram and had a reply saying they couldn't look in to orders that way ! I called the number and the automated service told specifically told me the order is on schedule and will be deliverd by 9pm on 06/01/20.

9pm came and went and I still had no notification it had been delivered to store as it was click and collect.

I called the number again today and spoke with a CSR who said the item was packed and ready but had not been picked up by the courier! She couldnt even tell me when i would get my trainers delivered but said there was a back log. This is no use to me, no help what so ever.

A- Why put an unrealistic date to be delivered by on the confirmation email if your company can not manage the influx of orders?

B- Why is the automated phone line telling false information , that my order is 'on schedule' when it has not even left the warehouse ?

C- Why not update people about the hold up with their orders ,instead of making them chase there orders when they have paid their money ! Maybe they would be a bit more understanding.

D- Why are your staff unable to check when the courier will be able to collect orders and give helpful information.

I wanted the trainers sooner rather than later to see if the sizing would fit and if not I'd have to re order before they sell out but if it is this much hassle , I will not be ordering from Size again !

They are supposed to be a professional company but there customer service is very ammature.

Great genuine watches! Great price, one watch was on back order the sent the other one anyway and kept me updated of when the next one was due to be in and sent it out as soon as they had it.

I placed an order 3 days ago and the status just says (placed). I have had no update or anything about it being shipped and I'm really concerned.

I have also emailed and had no reply.

Poor communication.
