same problem as others - I had already had account verified - got my balance up to £1000 - tried to withdraw money then they said I had to verify my account again - sent letter and passport - then they said they couldn't pay out as I was behind £23 on a payment - the letter was for address proof - they said they couldn't let me withdraw as I was in financial difficulties
