My "home" location is on Central Ave in Charlotte. It is never super-crowded, so it's easy to get the machine you want to use. Chris,i the personal trainer, is excellent - he's positive and encouraging to everyone in his sessions. The staff is friendly and helpful. And of course, after you have exercised yourself silly, the massage chair & bed are worth the monthly fee by themselves. :-) So far it's been all positive for me since joining at the start of the year.

The cases are good. I was hoping to get 1 stylus with each case instead of just one for the order, but other than that everything was excellent, including the package arriving earlier than expected.
