Even though I was passed to three different people to get a question answered that I had while booking our tickets, the third person was very nice and very helpful.

Then I made a mistake when typing in the return date on for my husband's ticket and asked to be contacted to correct that mistake. A man named Harvey responded to that request on Sunday and, even though I had some difficulty understanding Harvey's accent, he was very patient and we got the problem worked out.
