Purchased and they said it hadnt gone…

Purchased and they said it hadnt gone through, paid 5 times this is the help they gave (pic added) i rung and rung, i asked for help on their chat. do not use !

"please can you help ive made serval payments and its flashing on the screen not sure if ive now paid 5 times ?"

Never buy anything from here they are…

Never buy anything from here they are on eBay and Amazon as a customer. Purchased an Apple Watch sent me the wrong colour and size , sent back finally had right one. Battery lasted few hours so sent it back, that was about 6 weeks ago. Finally after many emails had my watch today . They have sent me a completely different watch and size is the 40” mine was 38” !! Absolute joke ! Avoid avoid !!

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible. You will not get a solicitor. You will have a group of young clueless girls who are rude! That take calls and you won’t ever speak to Yvonne . I’ve been only transferring deeds since December! They are so bad that even complaining for two months no future along and no call back. Never use them ever!

Don’t know where to start

Don’t know where to start! Spent hours on first day to be sent home as car needed cleaning and guard X applied (add on I’d paid £350 for) day 2- another hour or two, finally got car, was not cleaned so obviously the £350 guard X I’d paid for hadn’t been applied, if it had then it was over dirty seats etc. Car shop did pay me £350 back and paid for the clean I had done private. So fine ok not good and not trusting at all but dust settled! A week later the pressure tire light still on they said they would sort this and hadn’t, sent it to EH there was so much rust on back wheels the handbrake was hardly working and wouldn’t have passed MOT, new tire required at front too. They paid again so ok not happy with having this stress with no car etc but no money lost! Front tire again went down on other side , valve was not working, and the dash was saying the battery in keyless entry fob was low, EH changed the battery to find it still said this on dash?? They asked about a second key but car shop had only given me one! And on the paper work one key so I was confused, on a search EH found a second key IN THE CAR THE WHOLE TIME!!! Meaning if anyone wanted to hit the open button on doors and push start button the car could have been taken at anytime, with my insurance void!!! Third strike and I’m not happy with their total lack of thought for selling me a new car, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned, checked for safety at all!!! If it had then this would not have happened they would have found the extra key I’m sure. The wheel rust would have been seen and the pressure light would have been sorted! They basically sold me a car that I could have got half price for on street and would have had more history about it. Not happy with them or do I trust them going forward.the engine fan is making loud noise not sure if this is normal but feel I can’t approach them for lack of trust! After three weeks of emailing a manager I’m still to hear from anyone regarding all this and the new issue of the key found! Not happy


And yes , I can see car shop have asked me to email, which I did 2-3 days ago? They emailed to say can you tell us what review it was regarding wanting picture?? You should be contacting me! Your making it hard that’s all so that people will end up not bothering . Not going to happen!
