I am being charged an extra £25 a month…
I am being charged an extra £25 a month for an 02 sim. I was quoted £91 pounds including the sim. (Which I never wanted but was told I had to have for the bundle)
£66 to virgin / £25 to O2 was what was agreed
I’m paying £91 to Virgin and a further £25 to 02!
I have rang soooo many times and being told it’s now sorted but nothing changes with my bills!
I’m now over £200 out of pocket from over charged with no help. I’ve gave up
