I contacted Taps UK via their customer…

I contacted Taps UK via their customer support contact form a week ago to report a fault with a sink and have heard nothing back. There doesn’t seem to be a way to actually speak to anyone about this via a phone call.

An ‘Ex Demo’ Maschine MK3 turned up not…

An ‘Ex Demo’ Maschine MK3 turned up not working out of the box. A tamper proof sticker had been scratched off of one of the screws on the bottom, obviously someone had opened this at some point. Before buying it I spoke with a sales rep who told me it was only a slightly damaged box and hadn’t been used! The return process has been straightforward so far but this has been a pretty disappointing experience.
