This is a review for my experience on first use of the Pillow Works website. Seems very straightforward and easy to negotiate - I hope this experience will continue!

The beautiful Prestige flowers were delivered the next day as requested and the recipient was thrilled by their colour and lovely scent. She had endured a nasty fall and the delivery cheered her up a lot.

I usually order by telephone and the people I speak to are always happy to help and friendly. The order always arrives quickly and I appreciate the way they run their business

The driver was pleasant and polite and smiled when handing me the package. He also drove his van at a safe speed for our small lane - something that has sadly become unusual!

Efficient and arrived swiftly with no fuss

I did not have a good experience initially as I could not understand a word that the poor girl on the telephone was saying, due to a very bad line! However I rang again and went through to Rai in customer service, who was extremely helpful. I am now looking forward to receiving my glasses as Rai was very polite and knowledgeable and was able to help with all my queries.

Very speedy acceptance of my order but I had no knowledge of which payment card was used, until after they took payment. Look forward to reviewing the vacuum cleaner after I receive it. Feel the need for this review is premature and offering £10 reward for a good review is tantamount to blackmail!

I can't write a review yet! It's a shame that apparently this is the last time I will be prompted to give one as I haven't received the plants yet as there has been a hold up. I want the chance to give a better star rating for Thompson & Morgan so I am happy to write another review when I have something to review!! I appreciate that someone has already contacted me to express their concern so have now given a 3 star rating.

I was emailed when the beautiful cards I wanted were back in stock and Jane Innes was extremely helpful even though my order was only for 10. I was able to pay over the phone and they arrived the following day. All contact was really good and I felt like I was dealing with a friend!

The person who received the flowers was very pleased with them.

They remembered what I wanted but unsure about planting an apple tree in mid summer

The item I wanted had sold out online by the time I had the offer and I rang to see if they were restocking it. I hardly waited anytime for someone to answer the phone which was amazing given the time of year and the lovely lady who answered could not have been more polite or helpful. Not only that but I was delighted to find that she had found the item that I wanted! It was delivered in double quick time really well packaged and another item I ordered was equally quick and beautifully wrapped for Christmas. Excellent service - and if all the staff are like this lady Lakeland thoroughly deserves its great reputation
