Amazing staff, friendly and efficient. Great company.

Any time I have called over the last 5-6 years I have had friendly and helpful people who are keen to resolve any queries I have. Recently added a 2nd business number and they made the entire process so quick and easy. Very efficient communication and are lovely to speak with. Highly recommend! Allowed me to run my independent business stress-free as they did what they needed to.

Wrong order by your team. Customer loyalty clearly means nothing.

18 months after ordering my sofa from Sofology, I decided to get the matching footstool. I was advised on the right footstool to match my existing sofa so placed an order. I received the completely wrong colour and material footstool and spent 45 minutes on the phone explaining the issue on delivery day. Turns out my sofa range discontinued end of 2018.
So far, I've been given the wrong information on a few calls, then waited 6-8 weeks for the mis-advised footstool. Bad. Service.
