I orderd prada sunglasses..then found out I had to wate as they were comeing from Italy...i was a bit onshore aboute the hole thing , But they arrived in 3 day's to my door in margate kent I am verry happy WITH G.L.S shipping and sunglasses hut ...DO NOT TAKE ANY NOTICE OF BAD REVIEWS IT IS RUBISH...thank you guys I will be shopping again with you

After receiving my prada glasses. I scand the square dot code thing on the out side box wich says PRADA It came back as a tesla car ??? The serial number verry easily scratches of on in side of the arms...%100 VERRY GOOD CLONE ..NOT GENUINE..IVE HAD PRADA GLASSES BEFOR ..THIS DOS NOT HAPPEN..THEY SAY THEY HAVE BEEN TRAIDING SINCE 2000..BUT LOOK AT COMPANY HOUSE ..IT TELS A DIFFERENT STORY ..do not get scammed..do not by from them..it's fake %100

They do not answer the phone ...They do not inform you that you are paying double the PRICE ,AND THEY SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS FROM THE NETHERLANDS!!! HENCE SO SO LONG FOR PRODUCTS TO REACH THE CUSTOMER!! Product over priced..I only found this out when compared the price ...and a .Co.uk company takeing nearly a week to get a small parcel to a customer in the UK...I ordered a inerchoob for my mountain bike it was on my doorstep in 24 hours!!! Treble or no customer support,can't be bothered to respond to voice messages I left Would not recommend this company if you urgently need something IT IS NOW THE 17TH ONLY YESTODAY ROYAL MAIL TOLD ME THEY ARE EXPECTING A PACEDG!!! The Customer placed their order on Friday 12th April 4 PM and was disappointed the order did not arrive by Monday 15th April morning - so this is not a week, not even 1 full business day. [EDIT] We also make it clear on the checkout page and our Shipping Policy the delivery times we offer are 3-5 business days. And yes, WE SHIP FROM THE NETHERLANDS, which we make clear in the Support section / FAQs in each of our shop websites. We responded to the voicemail message the Customer left on Monday 15th April within 2 hours and left a message to the customer, who did not answer. We tried again on the same day in the evening and we were happy to get through this time, yet we can euphemistically say the customer was quite bitter, so we were not able to tell him he has the right to cancel his purchase and be refunded within 1 month from purchase, should he find his purchase not entirely satisfying. We'll make sure the information about our shipping times and warehouse location is visible a bit better as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we are waiting for the customer to get in touch and tell us if he wishes to be refunded (returning the item is not required this time), as he wasn't clear about that.
