I ordered from this site a humidifier tube for my sleep apnea machine on 14 April. I contacted them for a status update. They replied to say they were waiting on stock and I would have it at the latest 14 May. Disappointed but decided to just forget about it and wait. On 16 May after still having not gotten it I checked my account with them to see it had been canceled and refunded with no word from them and it is now listed on the store as a new item for more money than I ordered it for. This is terrible service so please beware.

I love my Libra 2 e-reader. I’ve used Kobo e-readers since 2012, and happy as usual. It has a nice 7” screen with fast page turns.
The only reason I didn’t give it 5/5 is the WiFi can have days where it refuses to work, but think may only be a software issue. So I wish they had given it the dual-band chip of the Sage as maybe this would have worked better. My only other suggestion would be I would have liked a rubber-like body on it like the Kobo Glo had.
