Horrible service! Why would you use a courier such as Evri if you want your business to build a good, reliable reputation? Delivery Has been delayed will arrived later than expected. and this is based on me paying extra money for a next day delivery. I’ll be sending the full parcel back to you.

Paid for "Rush" Delivery

Paid for "Rush" Delivery. Half my order was delivered. The other half has been sent via Royal Mail on a 48 Hour tracked 3 days after. That’s not a rushed delivery! Amazing service ! I have used Text magic for my business for over 5 years now. I have also recommended it to several others who love it! The new update looks sleek BUT, it constantly logs me out, which means I have to get a security code sent to me in order to log in each time. It didn’t do this in the past and I don’t clear my cookies. Please fix this because its making my experience not so fun..

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Specsavers, which has left me both frustrated and concerned about their service quality. I went in for a routine eye exam, expecting professional care, but what I received was far from acceptable.

Firstly, I was given an incorrect prescription. I trusted their expertise, only to find out later that my vision problems persisted and even worsened with the new glasses. It was only after seeking a second opinion that I discovered the prescription Specsavers provided was completely wrong. This is not just an inconvenience but a serious issue, as it affected my daily life and could have had more severe consequences.

Even more alarming was their failure to identify a major eye condition. The optometrist rushed through the examination, barely taking the time to understand my symptoms or concerns. They seemed more interested in pushing me towards purchasing expensive glasses than actually addressing my eye health. This negligence is inexcusable, as it could have led to significant health issues if left undiagnosed.

Throughout my visit, the focus seemed to be on selling products rather than providing genuine care. I was pressured into buying glasses that I didn't need, with staff members emphasizing upgrades and add-ons at every turn. It was clear that their priority was profit, not patient wellbeing.

Overall, my experience at Specsavers was extremely negative. I expected a thorough, professional eye exam, but instead, I received a wrong prescription, a missed diagnosis, and relentless sales tactics. I would not recommend Specsavers to anyone seeking reliable eye care. They need to seriously reassess their priorities and improve their service to ensure they are genuinely looking after their customers' health, not just their wallets.

Extremely Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience with Sainsbury's loyalty points program. I had accumulated 60,000 – just over £300.00 - loyalty points, which were recently stolen and used without my permission at the Sainsbury's in Farnham.

Despite my long-standing loyalty to Sainsbury's, this incident has left me feeling betrayed and unprotected. It's alarming that such a significant amount of points could be misappropriated so easily, and even more concerning that the system didn't have adequate safeguards to prevent this. When you have to sign into the app they send you a security text, why can’t this be done when spending points??

When I reported the issue to customer service, the response was we will investigate, no time frame given, no real answer to as to what will happen. Will I get my loyalty points back? I expected a more proactive and supportive approach from a retailer of Sainsbury's stature.

Not only have I lost the value of 60,000 points, but my trust in Sainsbury's has been severely shaken. I urge the company to improve its security measures to protect customer accounts and to handle such incidents with greater urgency and care in the future.
I have been a VERY loyal customer of Sainbury’s for over a decade and been collecting my points.

Audi Lincoln are a thieving liars!

Audi Lincoln are a thieving and pack of liars. After buying a used approved Audi it started developing faults within a few months, various lights coming up on the dash board. I have had to have these fixed at a local Audi recently. Rob*rt at Audi Lincoln.. Where do I start? You’re either a VERY GOOD LIAR and extremely manipulative or just plain st**id! From lying about new batteries in the remote to covering up a chip in the windshield and denying all knowledge about it, to telling me the tyres and break discs have been replaced, turns out these were beyond passable for an MOT. So how did Audi Lincoln pass the MOT? I have passed the matter onto a solicitor who will be reclaiming not only my costs for time, but also a 4x new tyres and break discs and pads. They’ll be in touch soon.
Be very careful at Audi Lincoln. They’re not trustworthy people.
