Beautiful Dress

I ordered a striped maxi black and white crocheted dress which was in the sale. I ordered a 10 and a 12 my previous dress was an 8 from them. It was a fit and flare style but quite clingy. Due to this I kept the 12. It is beautiful quality, not see through at all and will be fab for holidays. Delivery so quick too, returns dealt with quickly. Thank you.

Unbelievable …

I ordered some denim double strap mules. They are unbelievable. Lovely shabby chic style but in a classy way, superb fit and very well made. Got them in the sale at an absolute steal. I love them

Quick to rectify!

So initially very disappointed. I ordered a slow cooker as a present. Delivered by Evri. Box had clearly been dropped, sellotaped back up, bashed box - it looked like it had come from a charity shop. Chioma in customer services was quickly to rectify, she sent me a returns label and ordered me another at the same time. This time it arrived in tact. Looks like a nice retro slow cooker that will sit perfectly in the recipients kitchen.

Nothing to complain about!

Contrary to opinion we have had nothing but a good experience with BA. We flew to Madrid with BA from Heathrow. Then on to San Jose with their partner air line Iberia. We were fortunate enough to fly business class on both legs. All the staff excepting none were so courteous and friendly. Both Managers on the flights took time to introduce themselves and see that all was in order. They let me wine taste to see which wine I preferred with my meal. The food was enjoyable. Everything in my seat worked and the flights ran to time. Even on the short haul flight we were offered champagne. The service was excellent throughout. Thank you.

Sports Direct Have Been More Than Fair

After the review below Sports Direct have been more than fair. I didn't think they would read my review - they did. They have offered me 10% discount on my next order and free delivery. Well Done Sports Direct - Customer Service at its best!!!
I ordered some Skechers Sierra Sdbz Ld99 Rust. I had to pay £4.99 delivery charge. They came and whilst a fab shoe were absolutely enormous. I wanted to return the size 6 for a 5. An exchange not a refund but I had to pay another £4.99 to return them and then pay a further £4.99 to reorder them in the correct size. I feel I have paid £10 more for these trainers than I should have done due to 2 order charges and 1 return charge. Overall I am thrilled with them but just do beware that if you don’t get the right size or fit you will be faced with excessive postal charges both ways.

Butler and Stag - Always!

I have let my flat with one agent only. Why? Because I have never had cause to complain. Everything is communicated to me at the earliest opportunity by the Property Management Team. If I can’t get through to PM another member of Butler and Stag always picks up the phone and ensures it it fielded to the correct person. My rental income is good and I have always had a stream of tenants wanting to rent it. My monthly statements are always sent through as soon as rent is paid. Why go anywhere else?

Never had an Issue

Full updates on progress of order and coffee pods always arrive very quickly. Minor moan though - in social media you have an adv which opens with - “we’ve f**^^d up”. I am no prude but do not think this in any way reflects well on your company - especially given the negative comments from others. I don’t think it does you any favours.

Excellent Value - Blue Vanilla

The cigars arrived quickly and on time. They weren’t for me but I loved the vanilla smell in the air when husband and son in law lit up. They were also excellent value too. The only thing I would add was they arrived in a paper pouch that could easily get squished in the post. An optional extra presentation box would be a good idea especially if they’re a gift.

Many Of The Games are Digital - Tip Read The Small Print

I ordered the Wine Tasting Murder Mystery as a gift for a 1st wedding anniversary which is paper thinking I’d get a boxed set. I was really disappointed when a digital link came through to my email address. I e-mailed straight away confirming my error and I am very happy to say that I was given a full refund. Please note the pictures are misleading as it looks like you’re getting a boxed set so read the small print carefully. Given the reviews I know I am not the only one to have found this. Great company though and easy to liaise with which often isn’t easy these days. Thank you very much!

Honest Review - Customers for 15 years!

The good:
We’ve been using Tropical Sky for long haul for almost 15 years. In that time we’ve never been let down. Tickets, tours, customer service, picks ups, hotels, internal flights, car hire, taxis, guides - all has gone to plan. We do always try and compare prices with other competitors but as Tropical Sky can offer discounted rates with partner hotels and have an out of date range with the airlines allowing you to book well ahead they have never been beaten on price compared to other holiday companies.
The not so good:-
Since covid tropical sky have had difficulty in retaining staff. They have put a receptionist in place to intercept calls, she/he takes details and promises that somebody will call back, but in some cases they don’t, which means you end up chasing them!! It is so frustrating especially when you’re the customer. just hope they get enough staff in place and are able to retain them as they will only end up losing business . Sort this out and you’ll deserve 5 stars.

Be patient - don’t give up on a refund!

So I waited longer for my product than I should have done. Sadly it arrived damaged and I needed to return for a full refund. I found it almost impossible to make contact as all communication is done via a chat bot. Undeterred I pressed on and eventually got a reply from a person. My damaged product did get picked up and after a few weeks I got my full refund. I believe they are seriously understaffed so my advice is be patient and don’t give up.

Lorella Cuddler Sofa Is A Must

Lorella Cuddler Sofa
Firstly the service was fab, delivery on time. Very courteous delivery men too. But the star of the show is the sofa. It is so so comfortable. We bought it for our snug room. It is strongly constructed and there’s enough room for two adults to cuddle up together whilst spreading out. There’s enough room to stretch your legs out on the sofa as it is very deep. The cushions also plump up well.

Great Fit and Flare

I’ve ordered 3 things from Joe Brown and am so thrilled with them. 2 dresses and a jacket. I’m 5ft 8 and a size 10. Their clothes fit me so well. They are fitted around the top, sit on the waist where they should and are long enough in the arms and body. I’m now so confident with their styling I can pick out something and know it’s going to fit me. Out last week in London I was asked if my dress was an Italian designer it looked so good - it made me feel a million dollars too. Thank you - please don’t skimp on the cut going forward.

Luxury Product For The Price

Great communication. Shoes are superb for the price. Genuine leather, fit my husband’s wider feet, well made with luxury packaging. What is not to like? Second style he has bought from them. The bank holiday discount was an added bonus too.
