I live in Guernsey which a lot of places don't post to - but they did and not at exorbitant rates. The website was struggling with my address, so they sorted out an invoice to pay. Then the blind itself is an own-design one, and it has come out fantastically. One very happy customer.

I had top surgery (FTM) with Mr Inglefield on 18 September 2019. I am incredibly pleased - I am now nearly 8 months post op, and the results are amazing. The scars from the incisions are very small and neat and have faded to almost nothing already and I have almost full sensation everywhere. When I had the surgery, there was no swelling or bruising. The whole process and the team have also made a huge difference - I knew that if I had questions at any time that I could contact the nurses, I was accurately fitted and supplied with the correct post op binders, instructions were really clear (eg when I could start to exercise, being in the sun) and routine follow ups have been done. I am so glad that I had the surgery and that Mr Inglefield and his team performed it - I have been able to completely trust them.
I also have had all my care to date with LTC, including diagnosis for gender dysphoria and hormone treatment. Again, it has been straightforward and when I have had any questions or concerns, they have been accessible and quick to respond.

Easy to deal with and order arrived next day

I have had all of my care through LTC - psych assessments, hormone therapy and top surgery. Throughout, the whole team has been really clear and friendly. They are really quick to respond to emails and phone calls. When I have had issues/queries with hormones, they have provided advice and instructions straight away. When I had top surgery, it was really good to have 24/7 access to nurse advice. I have been treated with great respect throughout and the level of care has been excellent. I have had no issues whatsoever and am really pleased that I chose this clinic for my journey.
