Top class service
My order for patio cleaner was dispatched by Amazon. On arrival,I found that there was a small leak from the container. The Amazon website just directed me to Jarder. I found their Customer Service lady, Jade, very sympathetic, she spoke with her Manager and arranged to send a replacement to me directly, at no cost to me, although it was an Amazon problem, really. I also received an e-mail from Jade confirming that the replacement had been dispatched and apologising again for the problem, which was down to Amazon, really, not Jarder. Top class Customer Service!
