Review of Vitality
I'm totally disgusted! I am 72 years old. I currently pay around £500 per month to Vitality for medical insurance. I was recently diagnosed with cataracts in both my eyes. I'm currently going through the process of seeing a consultant. We (the consultant surgeon & I) have decided on a replacement lens that would be most suitable for me. The lens is not the most expensive option (mid-range), but we believe the best for my particular needs. Today, I've been informed by the consultant's secretary that Vitality will not pay the whole amount of the claim for these lenses. It will be an extra £2300, which I will invoiced for separately. I phoned Vitality to confirm this. Vitality will only pay for basic lens replacement, nothing more. Vitality doesn't tell you this when you renew your annual policy, no doubt they will say it's in the terms & conditions. I don't know why I'm ranting on about this, Vitality is only interested in profits, not their member's well-being. I certainly won't be renewing my healthcare policy with them next time.

I have approximately 20 pairs of Geox shoes I have purchased over many years. I have NEVER had a problem regarding the quality of shoes. I recently ordered a pair of brown leather & suede sneakers to replace an old pair of Ralph Lauren sneakers. Firstly, I am in Croatia, Secondly, I ordered these shoes on Sunday 22nd September in the late evening. I received the shoes at 10:30 am on Wednesday, amazing! This was standard free delivery! I have closely inspected the quality of the shoes, they seem absolutely fine. I am very choosy about which products I buy. I always pay for quality products, hence the 20 pairs of Geox. Well done Geox for an excellent service!

How anybody can criticise Chase is beyond me. People leaving comments such as “the cash back is confusing” & “this is okay for Americans” what utter rubbish. I’ve had Chase for 13 months & it’s fantastic. I’ve recommend Chase to friends & family, everyone thinks Chase is great.

I ordered 3 polo shirts from Gant, 1 long sleeve & 2 short sleeve. The short sleeve ones fitted perfectly, unfortunately the long sleeved one was far too big. I duly returned the shirt to Gant via The Post Office. Amazingly I received an email the day after saying Grant had received my return. Another day went by & I received the refund from Gant, amazing. What a great service! Well done Gant.
