Ordered the laundry sheets and fragrance boosters. They both work well, and do just what they're supposed to.
The only little problem was that the fragrance boosters were missing from my original order; but the company soon rectified that.
All in all, great products!

Easy to claim by email, attaching vet receipt. I was kept informed at every stage of the claim, and it was settled very quickly.

As usual, when we wanted to book a cottage, we went to Sykes. We've used them many times over many years, and have never been disappointed with any of the properties.
The booking process is simple, and only takes a few minutes. We'll not be looking for any other holiday company!

The goods I ordered were available for collection almost right away. It was simple to go to the desk, show my order number, and wait for the assistant to bring it to me.

I love Fussy! It's so easy to use, refill, smells great, and does what it claims! I recently ordered refills, but had trouble inserting them in my case, however when I contacted Fussy for help, they very kindly pointed out what I was doing wrong, and enclosed an instruction card and even a video to help me! I had simply forgotten to do one thing when refilling. ( It was so easy the first time I did it, I didn't think I would need the instructions in future, so threw them away!) So silly!

Good choice of cottages in every area, with a range of prices to suit most budgets. Very easy to choose accommodation and book on the website. We always look at Sykes first when looking for a holiday property.

We have just booked our umpteenth holiday cottage with Sykes for March 2024! It's good to know that we have that to look forward to....especially as we got a £40 discount as regular customers.

We have used Sykes for many years now, and have never had any problem with the company or the accommodation we booked. Cottages are always clean and instructions to get there are clear.

My orders arrived in good condition, well packaged, and at the stated time. The online articles are very helpful too! Seems like a great company.

Delivery was within the time slot given. Driver seemed pleasant, but I wish he had waited till I answered the door before leaving the parcel. He was heading back up the path as I opened the door. Just good manners, I think.
Apart from that, all was good.

The perfume I ordered did not seem to be the same as the previous two, which I loved. I contacted Eden, and they told me to send it back, and if there was a fault with it, they would replace it and refund my postage. They also offered me a straightforward refund if I would prefer that. I sent it back and they sent out another of the same scent from the current batch, which I'm pleased to say was okay.
The customer service was great, and they replied quickly, and dealt with the problem in a very fair and friendly way.

This was my third order, and it arrived just as expected. We love our Night Owl quilts! The first one has been washed several times now, and is still as good as new. Ordered pillowslips to match, then a year-round weight duvet for the colder months. Excellent!
