They have a size guide which you follow. Well you may as well not bother as they aren't to the size specifications they list on there own website. Try to speak to anyone about it and they are not interested as apparently it depends what season is what.. well why have a size guide to follow when it clearly doesn't work and is far from accurate. You have lost a regular customer.

3 joggers all medium. All 3 are different sizes. One of them is like a dress, 1 is tight as it should the other is loose. The sizing is now so inconsistent. Moral of the story dont bother online. Majority of the time twice as expensive as the store and got to mess about with returns as they aren't very good sizings anymore. Use to love Jack wills but think ill be going to a different brand. Not enjoyed this experience.
Worst bit is they was on offer for a day, 3 items don't fit and now its full price. The same price I paid for 5 items. Which ive now got to pay the same again but now for 3. It's not exactly great is it. Quality of the items is good as ways. Just shame about the sizings are now so piss poor. Use to be a true fit to me.
