Niestety w sieci Play w Białymstoku na ulicy Wrocławskiej 20, pracują niekompetentne osoby. Chcielismy kupić kartę SIM z dużym internetem. Pani stwierdziła że nie wie jaki pakiet ma nam doradzić, nie wie jakie są i nie moze pomóc. Powiedziała że nie mają też żadnych starterów i odesłała nas do innej obok placowki- Inmedio. Nie polecam

Worst company ever and not helpful

The worst company we have ever dealt with. Someone hacked our account made payments for 20 equal transfers. We reported this to PayPal dispute that someone hacked our account and of course they say did not happen and reported us to Wescot. This is a joke and mockery so that in the 20th century they do not find out who is behind it. They have no proof that the payment went to our account that something was sold. Zero help from them, then no response. I think we will meet in court because we have no other choice. We will not pay for someone robbing us on their apparently poorly secured website. This is so stressful to me and my family. Is some have the same experience with them?

Good contact with the customer service

I bought that 12 ml bottle and 5 ml. When the parcel was delivered, the small bottle had broken, and the 12 ml bottle for me smelled like soap. It should be similar to La via last Belle, but it was not identical. I am disappointed and emailing them. After a few days, I received an email from Sophie, and she will be processed the refund. I appreciate that, as I thought they would ignore me. When I try a new sample, I will see if I change my mind and if the smell will be ok. Thank you for your response.

It's horrible company and customer…

It's horrible company and customer service where people after half an hour's just leave the chats a lots of time. I feel like every year is the worst. The one point what is better they have speed broadband now. My problem was not sorted from December last year. We upgrade for new broadband faster Fibre 150 from 18December. Today I still receive the bills for linedline, international calls and broadband what I don't have. From 18 December don't have even a linedline. I waisted a lots of hrs to call them. They always say it's will be sort it, new broadband activated and guess what? Nothing even last time I spoke with few departments 86minutes when they told me all it's sort it. Today after 4 month I received again bills for something what I don't have. This is ridiculous. They even can't changed anything on your account. I write the complainant in last month but it's nothing changed. Everything is the same even worst because they charge me amount what I never agree. Avoid them if you have the same speed with other company where is better customer service. Don't text people to call you,beacuse if someone has wrote a complaine yous should to call not expect people will be do this. If they write complaints it's mean people just have enough.
